Delivery Policy Yalla Baby Box understands that getting your items on-time and in perfect condition is important to you. We make every effort and are truly committed to process your order as quickly and pleasant as possible and provide our customers with free-for-all delivery service. In order to provide the utmost satisfaction, local deliveries are carried by our own fleet and Yalla Baby Box personnel. We have an in-house delivery team to ensure your items arrive in the speediest and safest way possible. Please note that all days referenced are working days (Saturday -Thursday). Any orders placed on Friday will be processed on Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted.
Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines displayed above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from order confirmation. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside of our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement. Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays and Fridays(will be delivered next day). We reserve the right to impose redelivery charges where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits of Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah. Should any additional charges apply to your order, a member of our team will get in touch with and let you know before your order is dispatched.
Please note that an additional charge of 5% applies for any order paid for by COD(Cash on Delivery).

Customers can cancel their order until the day before the chosen Shipping Date; If corresponds, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
